TERMS AND CONDITIONS Idea Citizen Effective Date: March 27, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Idea Citizen website, podcast content, community platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
 

These Terms apply to all visitors, listeners, community members, and customers.

2. ABOUT IDEA CITIZEN

Idea Citizen is a podcast and professional community platform dedicated to curious professionals with a passion for ideas and meaningful conversation. Our Services include podcast content, community engagement features, and any products or digital offerings made available through our website.

All content published on Idea Citizen — including but not limited to podcast episodes, audio recordings, show notes, articles, graphics, logos, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Idea Citizen and/or its content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Idea Citizen content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial listening and sharing via official platform tools (e.g., embedded podcast players, share links) is permitted.

Any guest appearances, interviews, or contributed content featured on the platform do not transfer ownership of Idea Citizen's broader intellectual property to contributors.
 

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

By participating in Idea Citizen community spaces (including but not limited to forums, comment sections, or social groups), you grant Idea Citizen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute any content you submit, in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.
 

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. Idea Citizen reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for violations of these community standards.
 

5. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Idea Citizen is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party platforms.
